Sébastien Lagorce is a strategic leader with extensive experience in social impact and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Responsable Prospective at Croix-Rouge française since January 2018, Sébastien has been instrumental in exploring future possibilities regarding social and technological changes, leading emergency mobilization initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, and conducting prospective studies on the impact of the Ukraine conflict. Previous roles include consulting for major organizations at BearingPoint and EUROGROUP CONSULTING, along with founding an innovative youth hostel project in Paris. Sébastien holds degrees in International Strategic Management and Consulting from Audencia and has recently completed a program focused on prospective studies at the Institut des Futurs souhaitables. Additionally, Sébastien is a member of the Board of Directors at La Fonda, advocating for the vitality of associative life within democracy.
