Eileen Shaklee has been a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Monmouth-Ocean Foundation for Children since 2021. Prior to this, they were the CEO for French Fry, LLC from 2012.

Eileen Shaklee attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
