Originally from Côtes-d'Armor where he was born in 1941, the current President of the FFF is living his fourth term at the head of French football . Before being elected in June 2011 (then re-elected in December 2012, March 2017 and March 2021), Noël Le Graët held the positions of Vice-President of the FFF (2005-2011), President of the LFP (1991-2000 ) and, during 28 years of En Avant Guingamp, the club of a city which he also directed as Mayor, from 1995 to 2008. Since May 29, 2019, he represents UEFA on the Council of FIFA. Noël Le Graët is also a renowned businessman. He heads an eponymous group specializing in the transformation of seafood, canning and frozen products, which he bought in 1986 and made it prosper.
