Born on May 17, 1959 in Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis), Jamel Sandjak has been, since 2012, the President of the Ligue de Paris ÃŽle-de-France. He knows amateur football and its organs well, having taken on all the roles there. Player at Noisy-Le-Sec - first license in 1978 - then general manager of the club with which he had eleven accessions, from the promotion of D2 departmental to the National in the early 2000s, Sandjak took the head of the District of Seine Saint-Denis in 2008 before being elected to the largest League in France, in terms of licensees (around 280,000) and clubs (1,100). To his credit, several emblematic actions, including the creation of 1,000 jobs in amateur football in the Ile-de-France region or that of the Campus Regional Technical Center, which offers clubs and licensees a training, development and conviviality tool.
