Gretchen McDonnell has extensive experience in the education and senior service sectors. Since August 2013, Gretchen has served as a Substitute Teacher for Fremont School District 79. Prior to this, Gretchen completed a practicum with Oak Park and River Forest Township-Senior Services, where responsibilities included conducting Community Board of Mental Health Satisfaction Surveys and assisting with Alzheimer’s screenings. Prior roles also include serving as a Lunchroom Supervisor at Fremont School District 79 and as a Unit Manager for lia sophia. Gretchen holds a Master's degree in Gerontology from Concordia University River Forest and a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, supplemented by education at the American College of Switzerland.
