Kristin has a strong background in customer service, notably with Inter-Tel NetSolutions, overseeing East Coast operations for a nationwide telecommunications company. Additionally, Kristin has worked as a Paramedic and Lead Paramedic at Professional Med Team and Life EMS, demonstrating skills in managing emergency situations. Early career roles included a Computer Technology Specialist at Mona Shores Public Schools. Kristin holds a degree in Science from Muskegon Community College and has also attended Northwood University.
