Omar Robayo is an experienced ICT professional with a diverse background in information technology and consulting. Currently working as an ICT Consultant since January 2023, Omar previously held the role of IT Chief at Stewart & Stevenson and served as Data Chief and ICT Consultant for the DIARI project at the Contraloría General de la República. With a strong foundation in network and security management as ICT Administrator at the Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales, Omar has also worked as IT Infrastructure Administrator at Fresenius Medical Care and Network Operations Center Engineer at Verizon - Terremark. Early career roles include Technical Lead Engineer at Cablecentro and Services Administrator Engineer at Telefónica. Omar holds a Master's degree in Information Security from Universidad de Los Andes, a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, and a specialization in Technology Management from Universidad EAN, along with management certification from the London School of Business and Management and PMP Certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
