Marina Gutierrez Bonfatti is a legal and finance professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and equity analysis. Currently serving as an M&A Associate at Freitas, Leite e Avvad Advogados since February 2023, Marina has previously held the position of Equity Analyst and Legal Coordinator at Gávea Investimentos from September 2020 to January 2023, and worked as an Associate Attorney at BSBC - Borba, Simões Barbosa, Bessone, Cristofaro Advogados from April 2018 to September 2020. Early career roles include Assistant Attorney at the Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and an Antitrust Research Intern at CNPq, focusing on the quantitative analysis of antitrust effects in mergers and acquisitions.
