Aldona Osmanaj currently serves as a People Affairs and Corporate Health Expert at FREITAG, responsible for personnel administration in Switzerland and internationally, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, salary processing, and labor law compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Assistant at Wirz and Swissport, where Aldona managed employee onboarding, contract changes, and communication with social insurance and pension funds. Earlier positions include a Customer Service Agent at dnata and a formal apprenticeship in human resources. Aldona is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Law at ZHAW School of Management and Law and has also studied law at Koç University, complemented by a vocational diploma in business.
