Tim Baxter has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Tim started their career as a Logistics Intern at U.S. Xpress, Inc. in September 2014. After that, they worked as a Capacity Buyer and later as a Logistics Pricing Analyst at the same company. In November 2019, they joined FreightWise, LLC. as an Inside Sales Representative, and later became an Inside Sales Manager. Tim then transitioned to the role of Parcel Data & Analytics Lead before eventually becoming a Customer Success Director in August 2022.

Tim Baxter completed their high school education at Ensworth High School from 2006 to 2010. Tim then enrolled at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Technology Management from 2010 to 2015.
