Mark Darnell began their work experience in 2010 as a Co Owner at Entourage Logistics, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined FreightVerify Inc as a Purchasing Manager and later took on the role of Quality Control Manager.

Mark Darnell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwood University, which they attended from 2000 to 2007. Mark also earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Mark obtained a certification in Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators from LinkedIn in November 2018.
