Timo V. has a background in agile coaching and scrum mastering. In 2019, they joined Zurich Gruppe Deutschland as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. During this time, they also worked as a Specialist in the Life - New Life Innovation Lab. Timo continued to work in these roles until December 2022. In 2023, they moved on to join freeyou AG, where they currently hold the position of Agile Coach and Scrum Master.

From 2016 to 2018, Timo V. attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Their field of study focused on Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie.
