Shahan Hameed has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2015. Shahan began their career at T-Mobile as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer. In the same year, they joined Medtronic as a Verification and Validation Engineer. In 2018, they moved to the University of North Texas as a Graduate Electrical Engineering Student. In 2020, they joined Axonics, Inc. as a Software Verification Engineer, and Seno Medical as an Electrical Test Engineer. Currently, they are employed at Freespira, Inc. as Director, Quality and Operations, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Assurance Engineer at Freespira, Inc.

Shahan Hameed obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2013. Shahan then continued their studies at the University of North Texas, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2015, and a Master's degree in the same field in 2019. In October 2019, Shahan also obtained a certification in Python Quick Start from LinkedIn.
