Roel Teleron has a diverse range of work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Roel started their career as an Electrical Project Engineer at BB Aura Design and Construction from June 2005 to April 2008. In this role, they were responsible for designing and planning electrical systems for cell site network equipment and infrastructure. Roel also collaborated with various project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the network.
After that, Roel worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at AS Enriquez Engineering Consultancy from July 2010 to December 2011. Here, they conducted site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Roel also documented any deficiencies found during inspections and facilitated corrective actions.
In 2012, Roel joined NMN Global Philippines as an Application Engineer - Electrical. In this role, they designed, configured, integrated, and implemented process control solutions for various industries. Roel also developed software and hardware design specifications and control system validation/testing protocols.
Roel then worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Rider Levett Bucknall from July 2012 to October 2013. Their responsibilities included supervising and monitoring the construction and installation of electrical facilities at the project site, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
From September 2017 to March 2022, Roel served as an Electrical Estimator at TradePros. Here, they reviewed project specifications and construction documents to estimate project expenses accurately. Roel also established and maintained relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure current market rates were considered in project estimates.
Currently, Roel is working as an Electrical Engineer at Freese and Nichols since April 2022. In this role, they are responsible for designing electrical systems for water and wastewater infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Roel Teleron completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Cebu Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Roel obtained additional certifications, including a U.S Equivalency- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the Foreign Credentials Service of America (FCSA) in February 2022. Roel also received a certification from NCEES, indicating that they meet the NCEES Education Engineering Standard in November 2018. In 2015, they acquired an AB-IQAS Equivalency- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the Government of Alberta. Additionally, Roel Teleron obtained certifications and attended training programs such as CCTV System User Training from DIGICOM PHILIPPINES/USA in December 2010, Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Informatics Philippines in June 2010, and Comprehensive Technical Seminar-Workshop of Programmable Logic Controllers from the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines Inc. (IIEE) in May 2008. Roel also earned a Regular Membership Certificate from the IIEE in February 2006 and became a Registered Electrical Engineer through the Professional Regulation Commission in October 2005. Furthermore, they completed courses on Recent Development & Requirements of Power Transmission & Distribution from the IIEE in May 2004, Instrumentation & Control of Electrical Equipment from Don Bosco Technical College, Cebu in March 2004, and Electro-pneumatics & Programmable Logic Controllers from the Cebu Institute of Technology in October 2003.
