Jenelle Ostrowski, PE has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Jenelle is currently working at Freese and Nichols as a Senior Project Manager since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Utilities Engineering Division Director at Pinellas County Government from June 2019 to February 2022.
