Tara Giesinger is an experienced professional with a background in business solutions and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Business Solutions and HR Business Solutions Architect at Freeport-McMoRan since January 2013, Tara has developed expertise in managing and architecting HR solutions. Prior to this role, Tara worked at Accenture from August 2000 to December 2012 in various managerial positions. Tara holds a degree from the University of North Dakota, where studies were completed from 1995 to 2000.
