Thomas Fitzpatrick is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and intellectual property sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal at Freenome since June 2023, Thomas previously held the position of General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer at Coherus BioSciences from March 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, Thomas was a partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP, co-chairing the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, and held partner roles at Goodwin Procter and Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP. Thomas began the legal career at the San Mateo District Attorney's Office as a Deputy District Attorney. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
