Scott Morales is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in technical and engineering recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Freenome since July 2023, Scott previously worked at Amazon Lab126 from August 2014 to December 2022, holding the role of Principal Recruiter with a primary focus on Principal Engineering positions for hardware development. Additionally, Scott contributed as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Project Kuiper, overseeing recruitment for a groundbreaking satellite initiative, and handled full-cycle recruitment for various engineering disciplines related to award-winning products such as the Astro home robot. Earlier career experience includes roles as Senior HR Program Manager and Senior Recruiter at Fairchild Semiconductor and Executive Recruiter at Essential Solutions, Inc.
