Jay James is an accomplished business development executive currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Sparks since August 2024. Previously, Jay held the title of Vice President of Business Development at Freeman Company from January 2005, successfully saving an at-risk U.S. division and achieving annual sales growth of 68% from 2008 to 2013, while ensuring that 90% of the sales team exceeded their quotas. Jay began their career at Freeman as Director of Sales for Corporate Accounts, where annual sales grew by 65% during their tenure. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales at Exhibitgroup/Giltspur, where Jay managed the Dallas and Atlanta Sales divisions and successfully repositioned a failing kiosk division.
