Zac Ward brings 14 years of experience in Property Management to Freeman Webb. As a Regional Manager, he oversees a diverse portfolio of properties.

Zac began his career in property management in 2005 as a second-generation apartment professional. He started as a Leasing Agent and was offered a traveling role where he trained and assisted properties in need of occupancy gains. After the economic downturn caused the elimination of his position, he came to work at First Management and Freeman Webb. His teams would go on to win Property of the Year three times in five years.

He is an Executive Committee member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and serves as IREM Nashville President, where he obtained his CPM® designation. Zac is passionate about its industry and enjoys mentoring and training others. He believes empowering his teams is the key to building exceptional results and developing future leaders.
