Susan Franklin is a graduate of Brigham Young University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. She began her career in property management in 2006 as a Leasing Agent and brings 13 years of experience on-site as a property manager and multi-site manager with Freeman Webb. Her consistent record of excellence and leadership in property management earned her a promotion to Regional Manager. Susan earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2019.

Susan is bilingual and volunteers in helping the local refuge community by teaching ESL and financial advisement classes.
