Mark Fiscus joined Freeman Webb with 38 years of property management experience. His tenure began with The Oxford Group, followed by Trammell Crow, Gables Residential, SWH Properties, and NTS Development. He has been honored at each company by receiving their highest awards, including the prestigious "I Made a Difference Award", and "The President’s Award".

Mark earned his Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation from the National Swimming Pool Institute in 1981, obtained his Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) designation from the National Apartment Association in 1983, and received his HVAC certification from the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society in 1991. He has also been an active contributor in the industry, serving as a trainer for the CAMT program, as well as serving on the GNAA publications committee for 4 years.
