Christina started her career in 2001 as a leasing consultant on a 418 unit conventional property in St. Louis, Missouri. In 2005, she moved back to Nashville where she began working in the affordable multifamily housing industry as an Assistant Manager. She was later promoted to Property Manager and is proud to say that her LIHTC audits resulted in zero findings. In 2014, she obtained her HCCP designation and her role was expanded to include handling compliance for her region, which included four LIHTC properties. Christina joined the Freeman Webb team in 2019 and serves as the Regional Manager for 12 properties that include LIHTC, NSP, AHP, HOME, 1602, and blended funding. Her passion for affordable housing and for her team show in everything she does. She believes in respect, honesty, hard work, and integrity.
