Michael Bruner is an experienced educator and basketball coach, currently serving as a sixth grade teacher and a volunteer basketball coach with the Freehold Regional High School District since 2022. Previously, Michael held various teaching roles, including fourth and fifth grade teacher at Island Heights Elementary School, which achieved National Blue Ribbon status and was recognized as the top elementary school in Ocean County during Michael's tenure. In addition to teaching, Michael has an extensive coaching background across multiple schools, leading teams to significant achievements, including NJAC United Division and Morris County championships. Michael holds a Post Baccalaureate Teacher Certification from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
