Chris Sexton is an experienced professional in community engagement through sport and wellbeing, currently serving as the Active Communities Manager at Freedom Leisure since May 2022. Previously, Chris held the position of Chair of the Woking Primary School Sport Association from September 2020 to March 2022, overseeing various sports events and evaluations to improve school sport provision. With nearly two decades of experience at Woking Football Club, Chris transitioned from a Community Sports Coach to a Senior Development Coach and Coach Mentor, focusing on staff management, community projects, and school PE programs. Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Science and Sport from the University of Surrey, along with several relevant certifications in sports education and spectator safety.
