Adarsh Jhade has extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical aspects. Adarsh started their career at IBM in 2011, where they worked as a Business Analyst, analyzing requirements, creating process flows, and modeling data flows. Adarsh also served as a Business Analyst/ITSM Support Analyst, leading the production support team and implementing automation processes for incident management.
