Margaret Hardin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consumer products and a strong focus on women-led companies and innovative growth strategies. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member and Audit and Risk Chair at Hydralyte, Hardin provides advisory support to multiple organizations, including Nurture&, b.box for kids, and Free Brands Inc. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Ergobaby, Hardin drove product innovation and expanded the company’s global footprint, significantly enhancing its eCommerce capabilities. Hardin’s career also includes pivotal leadership roles at Munchkin, progressing from Chief Financial Officer to President, contributing to substantial revenue growth and establishing the brand in the juvenile category. Hardin holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Economics from New Mexico State University.
