Chloe Phely-Bobin is an accomplished associate at Freedman Consulting, LLC, with a diverse background in research, advocacy, and leadership roles. During an internship at Freedman Consulting, Chloe engaged in policy and research initiatives. As an undergraduate research associate at the University of California, Berkeley, Chloe studied the endocranial cavity and contributed to significant conferences. Chloe's advocacy work included directly assisting torture survivors for asylum justice and managing environmental justice projects as part of the Associated Students of the University of California. Chloe has held various leadership positions, such as co-vice president of alumni for The Sage Mentorship Project and philanthropy treasurer for Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has completed a semester abroad at Sciences Po.
