Robin Figueroa began their work experience in 1993 at Washington Hospital Healthcare System, where they served as an Applications and Project Manager until 2006. Robin then joined Freed Associates, a California-based consulting firm, as a Consultant. In this role, Robin gained extensive experience in healthcare, specializing in information systems and EHR implementations and upgrades in both inpatient and ambulatory care settings.

From 1988 to 1990, Robin Figueroa attended California State University - East Bay, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
