With a background in finance and management consulting, Wayne has held positions such as Lead Consultant at Twigg USA and Head Of Finance at Swiss-Micron. Wayne has extensive experience in corporate audits, financial management, and international tax structuring. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
