John Bonino has a work experience spanning over several years. John started in 2014 with internships at Brentwood Industries as a Systems Admin Intern and at Fortna as a Help Desk Intern. In 2015, they joined UPMC as a Senior Security Analyst, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined Free Market Health as a Security Engineer, where they are currently employed.

John Bonino completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Security Risk Analysis from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks between 2012 and 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
