Doug Gillikin, CPA, serves as the Accounting Manager at Free Chapel since February 2021. Previously, Doug held the role of Manager at James Moore & Co., P.L from May 2011 to February 2021, where responsibilities included audit engagements, financial statement preparation, and client presentations, with a specialized focus on governmental entities and not-for-profit organizations. Earlier experience as a Staff Auditor at Taylor, Wainio & Neville, PA from June 2008 to March 2011 involved similar duties, with training concentrated on not-for-profit organizations and small businesses. Doug began a career in accounting as a Bookkeeper at Historical Properties, LLC from April 2007 to June 2008, managing records for multiple hotels. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, and Economics from Flagler College. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, Doug brings extensive experience in assurance services and financial management.
