Dan Ellithorpe possesses extensive experience in IT support, having held the position of IT Helpdesk Analyst at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. Previously, Dan served as a Service Desk Analyst at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from January 2009 to August 2015, providing first-level support for over 1,800 users across ten locations in three countries. Dan's primary focus included managing the knowledge base for the Help Desk. Dan pursued education at the University of Minnesota from 1999 to 2000.
