David Lovegrove is an experienced educator with a career spanning over three decades in Fredericksburg City Public Schools. Currently serving as a substitute teacher, David transitioned into retirement in August 2023 after a long tenure as an art teacher and coach beginning in 1990. David holds a Master’s Degree in Fine/Studio Arts with a focus on Printmaking from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Teacher Education from Virginia Tech.
