Karina Glud Nielsen has held significant leadership roles in various municipalities, currently serving as Leder af Dagtilbud og Læringsmiljø at Fredericia Kommune since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Distriktsleder in TCBU at Vejle Kommune, overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on psychological and pedagogical support from October 2019 to July 2022. Karina has also been a Pædagogisk leder at AURA skolen in Esbjerg Kommune, responsible for early education and after-school programs from April 2016 to September 2019. Previous roles include Modtagerklasselærer in Aarhus Kommune and Pædagog in both Favrskov and Aarhus Kommunes. Educational qualifications include a master’s degree in pedagogical psychology from Aarhus University, a diploma in leadership from UCL Erhvervsakademi, and a pedagogical degree from Peter Sabroe Seminariet, with ongoing studies in Public Management at Syddansk Universitet.
