Vijaya Ravella is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile technical program and product management across various sectors, including finance, consulting, and education. Currently serving as the Lead Agile Tech Program/Product Manager at Freddie Mac since March 2016, Vijaya has held multiple leadership roles in agile management and consulting, demonstrating expertise in software, DevOps, governance, infrastructure, and security. Prior experience includes impactful positions at Seaford Consulting, The College Board, Navy Federal Credit Union, Target Corporation, Curam Software, Booz Allen Hamilton, and earlier roles at Freddie Mac. Vijaya holds a Master of Computer Applications from VJTI and completed an Advanced Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
