Shubham Agarwal is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience at Freddie Mac since 2007, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering, where oversight includes managing a team of over 75 software engineers and product managers across multiple locations. Previous roles within Freddie Mac include Software Development Manager, responsible for a team of 50 engineers, and Technical Lead, directing product analysts and managers to enhance business processes. Prior to Freddie Mac, Shubham served as a Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from 2006 to 2007. Shubham holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
