Jim Toczylowski, CDPSE, serves as Vice President and Sr. Director at Freddie Mac since July 2019, overseeing the Information Risk program that encompasses Information Security, Cybersecurity, Data Risk Management, Identity and Access Management, and Physical Security. Previously, Jim Toczylowski held the position of SVP at Wells Fargo, where responsibility included managing a team to ensure governance and controls for technology-related risks. Before that, Jim Toczylowski worked at ING for over a decade, first as Managing Director of Operational Risk Management and then as Global Head of Information Risk Management, focusing on operational risk consistency and strategic direction for Information and IT Technology Risk Management. Jim Toczylowski's career began at KPMG as a Partner in the Risk Advisory Services practice, leveraging 18 years of experience in internal control structures and IT Security services. Jim Toczylowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Finance from Kean University.
