Silin Zhou is a seasoned fashion professional with extensive experience in technical design and fashion design. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Designer at Fred David since March 2023, Silin previously worked as a Technical Designer at The Kersheh Group, where responsibilities included creating technical packages and overseeing submissions. Additionally, Silin has experience as a portfolio teacher for aspiring designers, facilitating their portfolio development for university admissions. A background in technical design and fit coordination is highlighted by previous roles at UN DEUX TROIS INC and Montelle Intimates Inc., where collaborations with managers and head designers focused on children’s brands and intimate apparel for various private labels. Early career experiences include fashion design for women's yoga wear at Manhattan International Trade Inc. and support roles in design at Shanghai Silk Group Co., Ltd. Silin holds multiple fashion design credentials from Collège LaSalle in Montreal and participated in further education at Concordia University.
