Michael Miraflores is a seasoned professional in the private equity sector, currently serving as a Partner in M&A at Frazier Healthcare Partners since August 2022. With extensive experience at renowned firms, Michael held the position of Senior Director in Private Equity at Alvarez & Marsal from 2019 to 2022 and was a Senior Manager in Strategy & Transactions at EY-Parthenon from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Michael was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company between 2010 and 2016. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Cornell University.
