Maddi (Napier) Keegan is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning, operations, and management. As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holder of an MBA, Maddi currently serves as a Financial Advisor and Director of Operations at Frazier Financial Advisors, LLC, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Maddi founded Minerva Wealth Planning, LLC, where a hands-on financial planning approach empowered clients to achieve their visions. Previous positions include Financial Planner at Advanced Retirement Design, LLC, and various leadership roles at Nationwide Financial and Nationwide Insurance, where responsibilities involved overseeing operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Maddi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing Management from Capital University.
