Lance Healy

Managing Director, Principal at Frazier & Deeter

Lance Healy is the Managing Director of FD Real Asset Advisors (FD RAA), and a Principal in Frazier & Deeter’s Real Estate Practice. In his capacity with FD RAA, he is responsible for providing investment banking services to owners and developers of income-producing real asset investments. Lance provides advisory and valuation services across the real asset sectors, including Sustainability/ESG Reporting under the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and other frameworks.

Lance sources institutional capital for project financing, corporate financing and new fund formation and performs non-contingent advisory, feasibility studies and valuation assignments for owners of real asset projects. Lance is registered representative with Bridge Capital Associates, Inc., member of FINRA and SIPC, as a licensed Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) for debt and equity offerings through private placements or public offerings of securities and to facilitate mergers and acquisitions, and as a Corporate Securities Representative (Series 62) for corporate finance transactions, and well as a Series 63, state licensure.

He is also a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (Level 1) credential holder with the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board relative to his work in ESG/Sustainable advisory and reporting.

Additionally, Lance is a licensed real estate broker in multiple states and real property appraiser, through which he conducts valuations of real asset projects as well as commercial real estate mortgage and property brokerage activities.

Before joining the firm, Lance held the position of Managing Director & Founder at Real Asset Capital, LLC where he was involved in numerous advisory and project finance assignments across the private infrastructure and real estate assets. His previous experience includes serving as a Director of Investor Services for Cushman & Wakefield, a Broker for Bullock Mannelly Partners, Director for Taylor & Mathis and holding associate positions at Carter & Associates and Salomon Smith Barney.

Civically, he has served on the Board of Directors for St. Anne’s Day School, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Vestry and Stewardship Committee for St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, is a Past President of Trout Unlimited-Atlanta and is involved in several other civic and private organizations and youth sports programs.
