John O'Callaghan is an experienced finance and operations professional, currently serving as the Regional Director and CFO at Fraxion since September 2005, where responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, and overseeing sales and customer operations. Prior to this, John operated as the Proprietor of John O'Callaghan and Associates CA(SA), providing outsourced financial management services to over 140 clients. Previous roles include Management Consultant at Synogic, where John focused on financial modeling, and Audit Supervisor at EY, with significant clients including Energy Africa Ltd and Edgars Group Ltd. John's career also includes experience as an Accountant with Ermitage Group and temporary roles at BBC and Carrier Corporation. Academically, John holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town.
