Julia Bauer is currently serving as the Head of Fraunhofer AHEAD | Transfer Enablement at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Prior to this role, Julia held positions as a Member of the Board of Advisors at BrickBite and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Institute for Strategy, Technology and Organisation at WU Wien. Julia also has experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant and Associate at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at WU Wien. Additionally, Julia has worked in roles related to BPO Marketing and web content editing at IBM. Julia holds a Master's Degree in International Business from WU Vienna and has completed a program in Systemic Organizational Development and Change Management at isb GmbH. Julia also participated in an exchange semester at HEC Montréal.
