Bülent Özkan has a diverse work experience in the technology and fraud prevention industry. Bülent founded fraud.com in 2020, where they currently serve as the Director of Product Manager. Prior to this, they worked at IHS Teknoloji A.Ş. from 2008 to 2020, starting as a Fraud and Security Specialist, then progressing to the roles of Chief Technology Officer and eventually CEO. Before joining IHS Teknoloji A.Ş., they worked at IHS Telekom as a Linux System Administrator from 2005 to 2008.

Bülent Özkan attended Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi from 2000 to 2005. However, the degree and field of study during this period are not specified. Later, from 2009 to 2010, Özkan pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology at Sabanci University.
