Sophie Straw has extensive experience in estate administration and retail management. Prior to this role, Sophie worked in UK Retail Support, addressing issues related to stock and cash loss. Before joining Frasers Group, Sophie was the Store Manager at Starbucks, leading a top-performing location and overseeing a team of 37 partners. Sophie's career began as an Area Manager at Private Mini Storage in Houston, Texas, where Sophie advanced from Relief Manager to Resident Manager, successfully managing a high-profile location. Education includes attendance at Benjamin Britten High School from 1993 to 1996.
