Jess DeMaria - Brady is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Fraser since October 2020. In this role, Jess manages the HR Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching, support, performance feedback, and development while overseeing recruitment for various roles across Accounting, Facilities, Revenue Cycle, Financial Analysts, Marketing, and Human Resources. Prior to this position, Jess held the role of Director of Quality Assurance at Premier Disability Services, LLC from June 2011 to September 2020, and earlier positions included Manager and Sales Associate at Advance Acceptance, a division of First Western Bank & Trust, as well as Customer Service Representative at U.S. Bank. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Southwest Minnesota State University, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
