Tom Waters is a shareholder at Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Dunlap, P.C., a role held since September 1986, where expertise lies in representing independent power producers, renewable energy companies, and alternative energy suppliers in facility development, permitting, and complex transaction negotiations. Additionally, Tom manages disputes involving these clients and utilities before the Michigan Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Prior experience includes serving as a law clerk for Honorable James Harvey at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan from June 1984 to August 1986. Tom holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Notre Dame Law School (1981-1984) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Marquette University (1977-1981).
