Natasha Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the field of counselling and education, currently serving as the Founder and Clinical Counsellor at Dig Deep Counselling since March 2020, where a focus is placed on life transitions, anxiety, depression, and career challenges. Ghosh has also been a Senior Lecturer and Clinical Case Manager at Fraser International College since January 2010, and previously held the role of Empathy Architect at EmpathifyU, where workshops and strategy sessions were conducted to foster accountable and communicative workplace cultures. As a co-founder of the BC Covid-19 Mental Health Network, Ghosh facilitated support by connecting over 100 mental health professionals to provide free counselling during the pandemic. Holding a PhD in Psychology from the University of Exeter, alongside a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Simon Fraser University, Ghosh has lectured at both Simon Fraser University and has contributed as a workshop facilitator and speaker for various organizations.
