Jana Zweerings is a highly experienced researcher and psychotherapist in training, currently serving as a postdoctoral researcher at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen since October 2014. Jana also operates a private practice while contributing as a guest associate editor for Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. Jana's academic background includes a Dr. rer. medic. in Neuroscience and a Master's Degree in Cognitive Psychology from RWTH Aachen University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Neuropsychology. In addition to clinical work, Jana has demonstrated leadership through various roles, including project coordinator for a local student initiative focused on refugee awareness and co-coordination of a scholarship program in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Continued education in behavioral therapy is ongoing at the Akademie für Verhaltenstherapie in Köln since 2015.
